life going on outside there I was

every chicken running across the road

every person on the road I just really

80s or some of the best sailors I've

you hike or whatever you do it can be

relaxation Social and family bonding It

socially and as a family It's a valuable

say that swimming is a valuable life

it can give you some lifelong enjoyment

stimulating and also at the same time
